Just because the weather has gotten colder doesn't mean you can't have the sexiest feet around. If you have some holiday functions to attend, you want your feet to look their very best. And you can still show off a great pair of tootsies in a sharp looking pair of sandals.
First of all, make sure your feet look stunning and take just thirty minutes and give yourself a pedicure. All you have to do is soak your tootsies in very warm (as warm as you can stand comfortably) water for about ten to fifteen minutes. Use a pumice stone and gently slough off all the rough skin on your heels and the sides of your feet. Put your feet back in the water give them the once over one more time and get rid of all the rough spots you find. Then, pat your feet dry and apply moisturizer. While the moisturizer is penetrating your feet, pick out a color of nail polish that you like and then get to work primping those feet from ugly stepsister status into full blown Cinderella.
Clip your nails if necessary. Clip straight across to avoid having hangnails or ingrown nail and then gently file one direction (don't saw) and you will have perfect nails to paint. Use the nail polish and put on one coat only and allow it to dry. Then apply a second coat and wait for it to dry. A top coat of clear polish will keep your nails looking glossy and gorgeous for days.
